Complaints Procedure

If you wish to raise a complaint against our work, you must bring this up in therapy with your clinician first. We can discuss what went wrong and what we might do to make it right. The philosophical position of this is important because it is about using your voice and being able to advocate for what you need.
If we cannot find a proper and timely resolution, you can begin an official complaints procedure via the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
